HELP PREVENT GLOBAL WARMING!!

CLIMATE CHANGE

Earth has warmed by about 1ºF over the past 100 years. But why? And how? Well, scientists are not exactly sure. The Earth could be getting warmer on its own, but many of the world's leading climate scientists think that things people do are helping to make the Earth warmer which results to Global Warming.
Global Warming: Global warming refers to an average increase in the Earth's temperature, which in turn causes changes in climate. A warmer Earth may lead to changes in rainfall patterns, a rise in sea level, and a wide range of impacts on plants, wildlife, and humans. When scientists talk about the issue of climate change, their concern is about global warming caused by human activities.

WHAT CAUSES GLOBAL WARMING??
1.Carbon Dioxide Emitted from Car
2.Deforestation
3.
GOOD SIDE OF GREEN HOUSE EFFECT
The greenhouse effect is important. Without the greenhouse effect, the Earth would not be warm enough for humans to live. But if the greenhouse effect becomes stronger, it could make the Earth warmer than usual. Even a little extra warming may cause problems for humans, plants, and animals.

HOW TO SURVIVE A HEART ATTACK WHEN ALONE???

Since I was a child, I usually watched and hear that many people die due to HEART ATTACK!!!And those people who are suffering heart attack died because they do not have companions. That's why I write this article. To inform the readers on how to survive a heart attack when you're alone..Pls read the whole article..

A heart attack occurs when blood flow to a section of heart muscle becomes blocked. If the flow of blood isn’t restored quickly, the section of heart muscle becomes damaged from lack of oxygen and begins to die.

These are some of the symptoms of heart attack:
1.Chest discomfort or pain—uncomfortable pressure, squeezing, fullness, or pain in the center of the chest that can be mild or strong. This discomfort or pain lasts more than a few minutes or goes away and comes back.
2.Upper body discomfort in one or both arms, the back, neck, jaw, or stomach.
3.Shortness of breath may occur with or before chest discomfort.
4.Other signs include nausea (feeling sick to your stomach), vomiting, lightheadedness or fainting, or breaking out in a cold sweat.

If you see signs of heart attack, these are the things you need to do:

1.Don't panic.
2.The victims can help themselves by coughing repeatedly & very vigorously.
3.A deep breath should be taken before each cough, deep & prolonged.
4.A breath & cough must be repeated about every 2 seconds, until the help arrives, or until the heart is felt to be beating normally again.

FACT:
Deep breaths get oxygen into the lungs and coughing movements squeeze the heart & keep the blood circulating. The squeezing pressure on the heart also helps it regain normal rhythm. In this way, heart attack victims can get to a hospital.

Tell as many other people as possible about this.It could save their lives..thanks!!
